I completed the entire Assassin's Creed series within about nine months without any issues. The CPU stayed within the 60*C to 70*C range. In Assassins Creed Odyssey I reached up to 74* but that was the limit, it never got too hot.

I restarted the PC and when Chrome launched, the CPU temperature reached around 70°C. I believe this was due to a glitch, since opening Vegas Pro made the machine much hotter. The video editor also became noticeably warmer.

It seems like you're asking about a hot feature, but your fans are in the top-right corner. What does that area look like?

I don't get what you're asking; it's not hot inside, the glass looks very clear. This explains how the fans function. Actually, the issue was Chrome, not uTorrent. I might have had a virus, so I uninstalled Chrome and installed Opera. Now my CPU temperature is around 50°C, which is normal for my cooler.
