Hey! I'm getting my first PC together. I have the CPU, 16GB RAM at 3200 MHz, an M.2 SSD, and the motherboard connected. I'm sure it's a Ryzen 3rd gen board, but the fan isn't spinning. I've connected the PSU, 24-pin connector, and 6-pin connector. Could it be that the GPU isn't plugged in? Also, I've connected the CPU fan to its header. Need some help!

Verify the connection and ensure you're using the appropriate header. Try connecting it to a standard system fan header.

Thank you. My main worry was either cutting something short or damaging it. Plus, not having a GPU installed and no case yet is a problem.

Yeah now that I think of it. The R5 3600 has no iGPU, so you should really just wait until you have your GPU before trying to boot, anyway.
