My CPU and GPU usage consistently reaches 50-60% while playing PUBG, despite my screen being set to 180Hz and achieving an average FPS below 100. My game settings are configured at the lowest levels. I have a 3930K processor running on stock settings, a GTX 1070 with 15 GB of 2x8GB 1600MHz RAM, a Z77 chipset motherboard, a 120 SSD (Samsung), and Windows 10 Pro x64.

Are all cores operating at 50-60% CPU utilization, or are some at 100% and others idle?
