Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well. On my laptop, all drivers, bios settings, and Windows 11 are all the newest versions. The problem is the screen flickering that shows in this video. Sometimes it looks like the last photo, but not with many boxes. Usually, gray boxes appear on one part of the screen and disappear right away. This doesn't happen every time, but seeing something like this from time to time bothers me a lot. When I use an external monitor, the same issue happens. MSI support didn't offer a solution other than sending it to technical service, but I can't do that because I don't have a guarantee. Could the problem be with the RAM? It only happened on my desktop computer while surfing the web, never when gaming. I apologize if there was a typo. Laptop model: MSI GP66 10UG RTX3070

Hey there, new guy! You might check running MalwareBytes for some cool finds. By the way, this laptop came out already set up with Windows 10. What did you do to make it jump to Windows 11?

I turned on my new computer with Windows 11, but the program didn't start working as I expected. This is probably a sign of a virus, even though I only downloaded and set up Windows 11 from Microsoft. It feels like the system should be all clean right away 😊

I just put Windows 11 on my PC. Where did I get the installation file from? Did I manually install every driver needed for my laptop, by right-clicking the installer and choosing Run as Administrator, or did I let the computer figure it out automatically?

My computer source is the official Microsoft download page where I got a Windows 11 ISO file from their site. After that, I used the tool Rufus to make it ready. Then I went to this link: MSI Global - The Leading Brand in High-end Gaming & Professional Creation and downloaded some extra drivers so my computer works better with them. If my typing was not perfect or if there were any mistakes, please don't worry. Thank you so much for being so kind!
