So when I first turned on my PC today, it got stuck right after pressing the Y key that freed me up from American Megatrends into BIOS. It was a bit messed up so I couldn't fix it much. I finally got Windows 11 running and downloaded all the drivers I could try to clear out my CMOS and swap out the RAM before anything else. Even then, nothing worked. When I built this PC last time, I checked everything very carefully too. Here is what's in here: a Ryzen 9 5900x, an Intel Arc B580 motherboard, a b550m ds3h board, two sticks of 16GB RAM, two NVMe drives (one 500GB and one 1TB). I don't know what to do anymore. Any help would be super grateful

The BIOS comes with built-in programs, so Windows doesn't need anything special. At this stage, does your monitor connect to the motherboard's video port or the Arc B580? Usually, the motherboard works fine on its own, but you might have to switch between those two ports depending on what you want to see. You could also try unplugging all your hard drives so only the motherboard and BIOS are left to show up on screen without any software blocking it.

The computer's video card isn't working because I don't have built-in graphics. It connects to my graphics card, but the BIOS settings were set exactly as they came when I first started up, before I even put an operating system on it.
