1080p on mostly low
I see pros  running game on low  but it doesnt look nearly as bad ?
My specs
:
r3 1200
8gb ram ddr4 3000
rx580 8gb

I would enable anti-aliasing and increase the texture quality, both of which can be adjusted in the settings.

AA and texture quality appear to be the problem, or overly bright.

Adjust Vsync and limit the frame rate, it would reduce stuttering
