Indicates your device can use Miracast with HDCP according to Windows, at least. However, a more reliable method was found by checking HP's recommendations, which showed that your PC doesn't actually support Miracast. https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05189396 You may wish to follow HP's instructions, as they might confirm the same result.
