Hi, maybe I put this in the wrong place but here goes my story... Even after installing Windows on brand new PCs from a cold start, the BIOS works perfectly. But once windows comes up, the screen either stays black or shows a cursor stuck there. If I restart it, everything is fine again, but every time I do a power off and back on, the problem comes back. I've checked all cables, tried different ones, used different ports, yet nothing helps. Everything looks good with drivers installed, no errors found in apps, just can't figure out why. All Windows updates are installed, including the newest preview edition if that's it? Any tips or suggestions would be awesome thanks!

Here is how to check this in Windows 11: Go to Control Panel > Power Options. If Fast Startup is turned on, that's the problem. To stop it, go back and click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" to untick Fast Startup, then save your changes. If it was already off but restarting fixed things, maybe you need to check your computer specs. Make sure not many extra things are plugged in. Just loading a desktop with no picture might make the PC wait for something else before starting. This can happen if nothing is ready right away when it starts, especially on older machines that start failing over time.
