I have a couple of questions. I own a 7200 Toshiba HDD 1050ti and an R5 1600. On GTA 5 the settings are at maximum, I get solid 70 fps, but after some time my PC starts to stutter. My other users report FPS dropping below 40, while mine barely stutters even with a few frames lost. Thanks.

1. Is the system being overclocked?
2. Is the operating system a fresh installation?
3. Are the BIOS and drivers current?
4. Track CPU/GPU usage and temperatures with tools like HWinfo; check for any alerts during performance issues.
