Hi there, I need someone's help with a weird problem. When I try to play any online video game everything seems fine until suddenly after about 2/3 minutes I get kicked out saying "No internet connection." At least that's what most people say. It all started last Thursday (May 25th). My ping was really bad, so I rebooted my PC hoping things would fix themselves but nothing worked. I think I've tried everything else. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hey there! Could you tell me your computer's exact details? Also, who runs your internet provider and which plan you're using right now? Does this work for every game or only some specific ones? And are you hooked up via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?

You might also get a list of make and model for your modem, router, or both. If you have a combined device, it counts as one thing. Sometimes, looking at the logs on your router (if they are turned on) can give more clues about what's going on. You need to know who has full control over those settings pages so I can help you get them fixed.

Well, it's gone now on its own. Weird thing to say though. But if this happens again, I'll start up a new thread here.
