Hello,
I've swapped in a new 4070 Ti GPU and it's taking two attempts to get my PC running properly. I checked the RAM and CMOS, and when I disconnect the GPU and connect it via HDMI to the motherboard, it boots up correctly. My second PC also works well with it.

I have a question: I used two PCIe cables from the PSU to the GPU's connections. Should I add another cable? Or is there another issue?
Thanks!

I performed the task by removing two PCIe wires from the power supply unit and connecting them to the three GPU ports. I also checked if a splitter or cables from another PSU were used. I can provide photos of the setup if needed.
