I opened CPUZ and noticed my DRAM speed listed as 1199MHz. The calculation suggested a ratio of 1:12, which seems off. My RAM supports 2400MHz and I’m using dual-channel settings. The BIOS also shows 2400MHz—first adjust it manually, then via XMP, finally set to auto. It still displays 1199MHz. According to the documentation, DRAM frequency should reflect the actual pure RAM speed. What’s going on?

It's identical to 1200*2 equaling 2400 DDR, utilizing double data rate.

When using Auto, ensure it reverts to XMP settings. The timing could vary, as the stated figure is 2400MHz—actually representing 2400 megatransfers per second—but since everyone uses MHz, it became fixed at half the claimed frequency.
