So im trying to record videos at high quality with obs using high quality settings, but the image looks blurry, everything its on high/ultra even theres no upscalling config on my system or on obs and i tried lower the settings to see if it can looks worse but nothing changes, it just looks like the same as before. i tried other recorders setting up everything on max and nothing changes on quality... how can i solve this?

I don't have knowledge of OBS, but I use Total Recorder. Videos from other sources typically aren't blurry. What format does your file use? Which codec are you employing?

Hello! I was capturing on MKV using NVIDIA HEVC as an encoder at a CBR rate of 120kbps, but sometimes I tried CQP at 12 and it didn't improve the quality.
