I'm using a desktop PC running Windows 10.
My PC:
i7-3770
H61M-DS2
16gb ddr3
I tried with RTX3060, GTX660 and now is GT9500, and got the same result.
For some unknown reason, MSI Afterburner on my system doesn’t allow me to unlock any of the following settings: Core Voltage, Power Limit, Temp Limit, and Fan Speed. Even in the properties menu, I don’t see a Fan tab at all.
After spending a lot of time searching, I was finally able to unlock Core Voltage thanks to a guide I found on a website named Steemit. I have to work with Notepad and many file to make it work.
However, that’s the only thing I’ve managed to unlock. I still can’t access Power Limit, Temp Limit, or Fan Speed.
In addition to that, the OC Scanner option is hidden and I can’t use it either.
Can anyone explain what’s going on with my PC and what I should do to unlock all of these features?
Thank you very much.

Are you utilizing the latest afterburner release?
nvdia.com driver is current and recently updated (choose Option: install new and delete all settings in the setup menu)
restart afterburner

I am using the latest release. I recently downloaded it. It might be version 4.6.5 or 4.6.6.
The driver for GT9500 is 342.01 (Nvidia ended support for the GT9000 line long ago).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSI Afterburner several times just a month ago, but nothing changed.
I’m not sure about the BIOS. Could you clarify more about it?

Have you looked at the Settings button and adjusted anything there?
Fan speed remains unlocked, but you need to modify it in the settings menu.
Voltage control is disabled on Nvidia cards from the 600 series; it was one of the last models where BIOS voltage adjustment was possible. After that, BIOS modifications were significantly restricted.

Unlock voltage control and monitoring.
Set the constant voltage value.
These are the only adjustments made in the Afterburner settings. (However, it doesn’t work as I mentioned earlier. I’m now forced to refer to a guide found on a website called Steemit just to unlock "core voltage").
Other options like Power Limit, Temp Limit, and Fan Speed still aren’t available in the properties.
There’s also no tab for Fan in the properties section.
