I own the Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450 motherboard and the Ryzen 3 2300X, which is expected to be overclockable, but when trying to adjust the clock speed it doesn't allow it. Any suggestions?

Yes, adjusting the multiplier doesn't produce any effect.

2300x is exclusive to OEM, which could indicate a locked board.
