I use a 5820k with two GTX 980 graphics and 16GB RAM. At full settings, I can play games like Fallout 4 at 4K 60fps without needing extra power. However, my performance drops to 30-50 FPS when I lower the settings. Look into disabling or reducing certain graphics options to improve stability.

Confirming your current setting—High or Ultimate? Keep in mind, each match can vary, and some players might struggle with 60 FPS when all options are turned on.

Fallouts feels odd for me. At lower than maximum settings in 1080p, I sometimes drop below 60 frames.

Are you experiencing significant slowdowns when viewing in specific directions, especially at high resolutions like 1080p ultra? We use the same GPU model and notice similar performance issues.

The game suffers from poor optimization and performs poorly with dual graphics cards, similar to every Beth game. Disable motion blur and reduce god rays to a moderate setting.
