I received a new GPU and attempting to overclock by adjusting the core clock shows it as changed on gpu-z, but benchmarks still fluctuate between 1130 and 40 even when set to 1300. How can I resolve this or should it be stable at 1300? My GPU model is Radeon RX 460.

Certain GPUs include O.C. tools alongside their drivers. Similar to MSI afterburner, are you utilizing the official program for your graphics card?

tommyducker19 :
Some GPUs also come with O.C. software. Like MSI afterburner. Are you using the offical software to O.C. the graphics card?
I'm using both amd wattman and afterburner, but I'm using wattman for the first time, so maybe there is a setting or something that turns that jumping off and I don't know about it
