Hey, I have trouble with my internet connection via the Ethernet cable because it works for everything else but when I play games it keeps freezing or timing out. Can anyone help? My computer is an Acer Nitro 5 with a 12th gen CPU and a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card running Windows 11 on 32 gigs of RAM, one 1.5 TB SSD (Samsung 970 Evo Plus), and one 1 TB HDD (WD Caviar Green). Also, I have Thunderbolt 4, Killer Dual-Link, an E2600 Gigabit Ethernet controller, and any games that need internet access.

Check your post again for all the computer parts like the power supply and hard drives. Also tell us what video games you play and make sure to say if your modem is just a router, or if they are stuck together into one box.
