Why are there BSOD errors on my Windows 11 computer?
Thanks for checking in! I have a Dell laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It was upgraded from Windows 10 just one year ago. Right now, it tries to log into a local account, but I've never had a Microsoft account tied up with it. Some BSOD errors keep popping up, and here is what they look like: the system keeps saying things like "reference by pointer," "system service exception," and "kernel security check failure." They also mention bad object headers or driver issues. But nothing works after more than ten seconds! I've checked all my hardware parts with PC Check, but everything looks fine.
I think my next move is to try Safe Mode so we can start isolating drivers. The real problem? The laptop wants a bitlocker code that isn't linked to any Microsoft account since it has never been used. I'm really stuck trying to figure this out. Any help would be amazing right now!
Can you please upload those BSOD minidumps? These might come from driver issues, but bad RAM could also be causing it. We need to see the actual files to figure this out. *Please upload these dumps to the cloud with a link so everyone can see them - make sure they are public.
