Why are the DVI and HDMI ports not functioning on my GTX 3050?
What is your motherboard brand and model? What would occur if you disconnect all monitors connected to the other card? Have you attempted to connect just one monitor to the 3050 while leaving the other card unconnected? Or have you swapped the 4060 and placed the 3050 in the top PCIe slot? My goal is to verify that the 3050 functions independently (your issue might stem from insufficient dual GPU support on your motherboard).
