I observed that most of my games require minimal CPU usage during operation. The system specifications are: Ryzen 5 3600, Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 Gaming OC with 8GB RAM, B450 Tomahawk MAX, MWE GOLD 650 FULL MODULAR, and 16 GB of RAM on a HyperX Fury DDR4 3200 MHz.

Hi, I apologize for the short message. I'm getting, for example, 80-100 FPS on Far Cry 5, around 300 FPS on CSGO, and 100 on SWBF2. Here's a video of my problem.
