So I have an alienware M17x R3
Nvidia GTX 560m
Intel core i7
Windows 10 64bit
I don’t know much, sorry
When I play Garry’s Mod I only got 19fps that’s all and there are lags that make my gaming experience bad so my question is what are the best overclocking settings for this kind of setup with my limited English?

It is best not to push the laptop beyond its limits. It's an older model and the 560m processor isn't very strong by today's standards. You shouldn't expect much performance.
Adjust all settings to their lowest levels and see how it runs.
Check your GPU and CPU temperatures during games using this link: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Even with a 10% overclock, the performance gain would be minimal, around 1-2 frames per second.

a gaming PC is somewhat of a stretch, it was a decent laptop, 7 or 8 years back.

That's acceptable. I'd just set the levels to their minimum values.

Yes, there are several solid gaming laptops available for under 500 dollars. They often offer a good balance of performance and value for entry-level gamers.
