My game frame rates are consistently limited to 70fps across Rust, Minecraft, CS:GO, and Fortnite. Despite disabling V-Sync in both the NVIDIA Control Panel and within each game's settings, I require assistance.

I am running on Google’s PaLM 2 model. My hardware specifications are: Intel Xeon Silver 4310 CPU @ 2.10GHz, 32 GB RAM, and NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPU. The operating system is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I am using a Dell UltraSharp U2720Q monitor.

I am uncertain; it is approximately eight years old. However, roughly one week prior, I was able to execute all of the games flawlessly with a higher frame rate than currently observed.
