it depends if you're from the country i'm from or if you use quickscoping occasionally. my ping has stayed around 94 evers since i began using FTTH, so i'm not affecting others either. why are they repeatedly removing me? how can i challenge this? and who is responsible for expelling members—should it be a player or a moderator?

The party host can decide to punish others, further reading: https://gamertweak.com/kick-from-party-mw2-warzone-2/
No one knows the exact reason, except the host who makes the decision.
Maybe it's because of your fast scanning. Or you're not a team player. There are many possible explanations.
