I'm collecting issues to include in my Steam discussion thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1675200/d...036229836/. If anyone faces challenges with SteamOS 3.7.8 on the Steam Deck (any model, LCD or OLED), please share them here.

It's disappointing that no one is covering the issues with SteamOS 3.7.8. Even Riley hasn't reported them.

They noted on Reddit that older drivers work better, similar to Nvidia. They also mentioned avoiding the latest kernel, which is really bad. Previous versions seemed fine, so why not stick with them? It makes sense. I'm considering a SteamOS Legion Go. The hardware is good, but my reason for moving away from Windows remains. UPDATE HELL! (Sorry while I update tons of Monster Hunter mods—an update broke them... I actually dislike Akuma even more now...)

Rolling back is referenced in the Steam discussion link you shared. I'm sure these problems will be fixed soon.
