From what I understand, the anime cover design is available only in certain Asian markets, while the Western version looks simpler.

These appear to be unique to the Chinese market. It seems like these details are only found on Chinese platforms discussing releases, with no Japanese or Korean versions emerging. It looks like they might have used the same or very similar characters in the Z490 promotional artwork, suggesting an original design. Regardless, the item is essentially just a box image, and the board itself remains unchanged.

I got this particular motherboard by accident—it wasn't due to the anime box. It turned out to be the most attractive one, not the black kind for my setup. White builds look great with black boards.
