I am just starting with the Unigine Engine for GPU benchmarking and I see four options: valley, superposition, heaven, tropics, sanctuary. Are they all identical or does one stand out as superior to the others?

Tropics and Sanctuary are quite established, I wouldn't bother with them.
Heaven remains popular despite its age, as it's still used by benchmarking sites like HWbot, which have their own submission launcher.
Superposition is the latest and most challenging.
