Hello everyone, once more. I’m reaching out again, this time for the second time, because I really need to choose wisely. I’m leaning toward the Dell Precision 7760 with an Intel i7 11850H and a Quadro RTX A3000, or the Dell Precision 7750 paired with an Intel i7 10850H and a Quadro RTX 3000. My main focus is on the graphics card, even though I understand the i7 11850H offers advantages as an octa-core processor. By comparing the base and core clock speeds of both cards, the RTX 3000 shows significantly higher performance than the A3000. The RTX A3000’s base clock is only 600MHz, with a boost around 1230MHz, while I’m not sure what improvements are possible at that level. I’m concerned about whether this low base speed will limit the system’s potential, especially since I’ve experienced video drive errors with my previous Dell Precision 7720. I’m hoping a newer graphics card could prevent these issues, though I’m also considering refurbished or used options from eBay due to budget limits. Thank you for your help.
