I suggest going with the Tek Syndicate edition. They employ a PowerShell script to eliminate unnecessary files, rather than relying on a low-quality third-party tool. Not that I personally favor Windows.
I believe Windows 7 or 8 (the older versions) already contain the foundation that Windows 10 builds upon, without the extra clutter and intrusive monetization elements Microsoft has introduced. Beyond the visual updates, the simplified start menu, limited control over updates, fewer customization options, and persistent data tracking all point to a core OS beneath the surface. While Windows 10 brings some minor improvements, they’re unlikely to significantly alter your daily experience. Even the new features I appreciate, such as pausing file copying, probably won’t become a regular part of my routine. I’ve switched back to Windows 7 for my primary system. Performance differences between the versions aren’t substantial enough to change your workflow. For a more stable experience, consider reviewing resources on data collection practices and compare the updates you prefer.
