I’d choose Windows 10. Arch Linux and KVM are more complex options.

I enjoy Linux but haven't installed it on my primary computer. Playing games is really important to me.

Have you come across POL and Wine? And what about a KVM? Gaming isn't an excuse.

It's feasible, though some programs aren't fully updated or lack a version for Windows 10. Most versions of Win 8.1 function well with older software. A complete reinstall is usually better than an upgrade. I upgraded to get the free key and then reset Windows 10 via the control panel for a clean start. The delay of about five hours might be due to the reset process, whereas you upgraded directly from version 7 and reset afterward.

I’d need to save the ISO file, write it onto a USB drive, and then wait about an hour before it set up properly. After that, I’d transfer my games onto the new drive once everything is installed.

Discussed the importance of a solid frame rate. Passion isn't a justification.

I support 60 frames per second, high quality settings, and 1080p resolution across titles such as BF4, Crysis 2, Sims 4, and Simcity 5. I haven’t purchased the third game yet.
