I just ran my first OC on my i5 760 from 2.8 to 3.4 ghz. My RAM speed in the BIOS has decreased from 1333 to 1000 MHz. Is this acceptable? Should I revert the OC to restore faster RAM speeds? My GTX 970 GPU runs Star Wars and Tomb Raider at 1080 without issues.

Generally, the CPU overclock tends to have a greater impact compared to the RAM declock.
