Asus P8p67 compared to Asrock P67 Extreme 4 Rev.3 for overclocking? The CPU runs an Intel Core i5 2500k and the graphics card is ASUS GTX 770. The Asrock has a problem in its LAN port, but the seller is providing an Intel PCIe Gigabit Network card, so would it perform at the same speed as the motherboard port?

The Asrock P67 Extreme Rev.3 and Asus P8p67 are nearly the same, but as a rock, one is slightly superior. The PCIe Gigabyte network card will perform significantly better than the built-in one. Thanks for your question.
