We don’t have any standards to compare, so we can’t make a proper assessment. Right now Ryzen 3000 stands out for gaming, multitasking, streaming, and editing while using less power. The 10th generation Intel models look promising on paper, especially for single tasks, though I doubt they’ll match the performance of these newer chips. You’d also need a more powerful cooler to handle their demands.
