Hi All,
I recently joined a service centre dealing with electronic devices. Every day there are numerous service repairs to handle. We rely on a team of freelance electronics experts to manage these tasks. The challenge is that since most are independent contractors, we can't simply ask them to take on a job and complete it. I proposed setting up an online task pooling system where interested engineers can sign up and work on activities based on their availability and skills. As a Microsoft Developer, I aim to build this using only Microsoft tools.

I’m curious which platform would be the best fit—Outlook’s Task feature, Microsoft Teams for collaboration, or SharePoint? Please share your thoughts.
With Hope,
Prabhakaran

I recommend an alternative method.
Considering the context and what you understand about the scenario, along with the tools you think are most suitable, here’s the reasoning.
To support this suggestion, I have included relevant evidence and cited applicable sources.
Please let me know if you’d like additional insights or adjustments.

At first, selecting Outlook to investigate further was the plan.
