Hello. I recently purchased my computer several weeks ago. I’ve kept all of my games and files on the “Windows” C drive. Now, I'm observing that my D drive has a terabyte of available space, and I’m concerned that this is impacting Windows performance. Is it essential to store games and other data on the D drive, or would it be acceptable to keep them on the C drive? If moving them is necessary, what’s the best method for doing so?

What is the capacity of your C drive, and what percentage is currently used? Is it a traditional HDD or a solid-state SSD?

The primary hard drive measured 500 gigabytes, and it has now decreased to 250 gigabytes with no available space. It's using an SSD format. The secondary drive, designated D, is 1 terabyte in capacity.
