I think any of those could work. The 5070ti is best for ray tracing and upscaling, while the 9070xt is a bit behind in that area. The 7900xtx feels more like an older model, not as strong for frame generation or upscaling, though there are whispers about fsr4 potentially improving the 7000 series. Still, in terms of raw power, the 7900xtx is quite capable. The other two are close but don’t have as much VRAM. Whatever you get, it’s probably a decent card.

For 4K resolution based on the game, I'd aim for 4090 or 5080. 5070TI works, though it's difficult to locate and usually offers lower FPS. Finding a suitable card can be tough, so check if you're near a local shop.

I reside close to a Microcenter, but it's unpredictable—sometimes they work, other times not unless you get the timing right.
