Dirt 3 isn't a simulation; it's an arcade title. The only racing games that feel like simulations are iRacing and a handful of similar titles. Grid, Dirt, The Crew, and others are all arcade racing experiences without any simulation vibe.
It's the simulation-focused DIRT title. The showdown was meant to be the arcade-style version of DIRT.
Grid Autosport is currently available for purchase on Steam. It might be hard to tell right now, but I really liked it :3
