Assassins Creed isn't really a bad game, I've heard that. Witcher is definitely more enjoyable.

The Witcher 3: AC Syndicate is a decent title, yet it falls short of The Witcher 3 in terms of narrative and complexity. You might want to try TW2 as well—it offers a solid RPG experience.
