I own two CPU and motherboard setups from the used section. They match in cost and I’m only planning to use this machine for gaming and video streaming. The GPU options are a 1650 4GB GDDR6 or a Pentium G6400 with a Gigabyte B560M D3H.

For immediate usability, an 8100 chipset would work well. Choosing a G6400 could let you pair it with the 11600K, though it might require a more expensive upgrade route compared to the 8700K.
