While streaming on YouTube, my PC began a never-ending restart cycle. It was hard to launch Windows for even a minute before the system would restart again. During reboots it attempts an automatic repair before starting Windows, but this fails. The Advanced Startup Repair found no issues; BIOS is working correctly, the motherboard is at 27°C and CPU at 45°C—no overheating detected. No lights on the motherboard. I wiped my SSD and M.2 using a secure erase. I tried reinstalling Windows, but it keeps restarting during the process. When testing the hard drives separately (M.2, SSD, HDD), they all have the same problem. I think the power supply unit might be the culprit instead of the disks. Which part do you think is responsible?

Just reviewed more details. You've already attempted a reinstall. Could you be wondering about the PSU? Any clues? Why might that be a concern? How many RAM modules are connected, and how many hard drives are plugged in? Consider trying Windows with just one RAM stick (in alternating slots if needed) and only using SSDs or HDDs for the OS installation. Leave all other devices unplugged. Please list everything you have.

Reinstall and adjust all components gently, including the PSU side.
