Searching for a board with smooth performance and RAM support. Comparing the Asus Prime B560M-A, Prime B560M-K, Gigabyte B560M DS3H V2, MSI B560M Pro, B560M Pro VDH, and ASRock B460M Pro4.

I think these options cover what you need, so "best" should mean strong power delivery. I’ll cite Hardware Unboxed’s thorough VRM evaluations for B560 boards. Among them, the B560M Pro VDH appears to be the top choice. It handled the testing well overall. Running the 11900K at full voltage would cause throttling, but it managed the 11600K and 11700 (non-K) effectively. The DS3H and MSI Pro performed poorly in the tests. The DS3H V2 might be an improvement, but I’d steer clear of both. The Prime B560M-K was terrible—its VRM would only reach 108C with the stock 11600K. You should skip this board even if your CPU is less demanding. The Prime B560M-A hasn’t been tested, so I can’t comment. In general, A boards tend to outperform K ones, but given the K’s shortcomings, it might be wise to skip them too. Regarding the B460M Pro4, based on ASRock’s recent Z490 issues, I wouldn’t recommend it. If you meant the B560M Pro4, its performance was less impressive than the Pro VDH version.

I'm planning to install a 10400F so the VRM doesn't need to be top-notch but still offers decent performance. I'm looking for something durable with solid support. I was thinking of the B560 instead of the B460M Pro4, but I might have mixed up the models. Do you know if the DS3H supports Wi-Fi cards? Also, I need Bluetooth functionality. Lastly, my current board has ALC1200 and these all use ALC 897—does that make them significantly worse?

For instance, even with stock at the 65W threshold, the Prime K board featured extremely hot VRMs. I’d take a closer look to determine if those figures meet your expectations. I’m unclear about what you mean by supporting WiFi cards. The DS3H includes PCIe ports beyond the x16 slot, should that be your interpretation. Personally, I don’t perceive a significant audio difference, though I’m not an audiophile. My current system technically offers better sound than before, but only if I notice it. Determining how crucial sound quality is depends entirely on your personal perspective.

It depends on the model you're considering. You mentioned an AX200 and heard support from ASRock boards. The B560 Pro4 seems to have good VRM, but whether it works with the B560M Pro4 isn't clear from what you said.
