The Asrock model will perform slightly better. However, both options are acceptable if you can't secure the Asrock version; purchasing the MSI one is still a reasonable choice.

My MSI B450 Tomahawk has performed well for me. For many users, MSI can be a mixed experience, but this one has been positive. If you prefer ASRock, just let me know.
