I’m preparing this build for the holiday season and just received an unexpected bonus of $500 from work. I’m wondering where it would be most beneficial to invest or if I should save it to enjoy the savings better. My current setup covers Architecture, 3D modeling, Rendering, Unreal Engine, and Games.

Great display? You can always upgrade to a larger GPU.
For a combined workstation, an i7 is recommended.
4070Ti plus i7 would cost around $500
