Your system has a Gigabyte B460M DS3H AC with BIOS 3 and Team Group T-Force Delta 3200 MHz RAM. You're using an Intel Core i5 10400F and have enabled XMP profiles, but your RAM only supports up to 2667 MHz. When you try to adjust the frequency manually, it caps at 2667 MHz. It seems the issue might be with the CPU or possibly a mismatch in the XMP settings. Please check the BIOS for any compatibility updates or verify if the RAM is correctly recognized.

The motherboard isn’t compatible with higher performance chips. You’ll see the same issue whether you have an i5 or an i7, but it’s less of a problem with older Intel processors.

Intel restricted memory overclocking on B460 boards. This implies your CPU performance is capped at the approved rate—here 2666 MHz. To achieve full potential with your 10400F, you must pair it with a B560, H570, Z490 or Z590 motherboard.
