Hello, I recently acquired a used QNAP TS-251+ 2 bay NAS that was no longer in use at work. Because it had been stored for some time, the original power source was missing, so I bought a matching 12v 5A power supply from eBay. It appears the NAS only powers on when no drives are connected. When prompted during setup, it seems to lose power each time I connect the drives as described in the manual. The drive I'm attempting to install is a WD Red 4TB. I checked the power input specifications on the sticker and online sources, which state it requires 12v 5A. I've tried two different 12v 5A power supplies, both causing the same issue. After updating the firmware to version 5.0.1.2425, I still can't install any drives. Could this be related to the non-genuine power supply, or is there a problem with the NAS itself or the drive?
