The task manager displays total CPU usage and doesn't show per-core details unless you adjust the configuration, such as the setting mentioned above. Unless you've modified that value, it won't show utilization for individual logical cores.

In CPUZ, review the BIOS to locate the Downcore control entry. It will display details about its configuration and functionality.
