You have five free Rockstar titles to choose from for your PC game. Decide which two you want to install.

I chose Max Payne 3 and L.A. Noire, both excellent titles plus all the DLCs. GTA 3 and VC were also important parts of my childhood, and I've played them extensively. It mostly comes down to what you own or haven't played. These two games are the latest additions.

I've only played rockstar games like GTA V and SA. Many people suggest I try VC, but I need to choose between Max Payne 3 and L.A. Noire. Perhaps checking some gameplay will assist in making my decision.

Simple...
GTA 3 is priced at $9.99 and reaches $3.49 at least once each month.
Vice City follows similarly, with a value of $9.99 and hitting $3.49 monthly.
Max Payne 3 The Complete Edition costs $34.99 and reaches $10.49 monthly.
L.A. Noire The Complete Edition is valued at $29.99 and consistently hits between $6.25 and $8.99.
Bully Scholarship Edition is $14.99 and reaches $5.24 monthly.
The top recommendation is Max Payne 3 The Complete Edition, with L.A. Noire The Complete Edition as the next best option.
Other titles are more affordable if you prefer to wait for discounts, especially since RDR2 can often be found at half price or less through legitimate sources.
However, I don’t see any reason to settle for anything other than a genuine purchase of Red Dead Redemption 2 for significantly less than its release price, such as around $30–$40 if bought soon after launch.
If you had to choose, I’d spend $20–$30 on Read Dead Redemption 2 around November 8th, 2019, and buy L.A. Noire The Complete Edition for $6.88–$7.64 from Fanatical or GreenManGaming within the next month.
P.S. Please don’t reply here and ask where to legitimately get RDR2—I won’t share that info. Just remember, many people can find it for half the cost at the same retailer. No piracy involved.
