GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060
CPU: i5 10th gen
RAM: 16 gigabytes
MotherBoard: B560 mhv2
SSD: 512 gigabytes
While using my PC normally it functions well, but when I start gaming, the screen goes black and crashes within a few minutes. I've tried updating the drivers, but nothing resolves the issue. The graphics card is only a few months old. Please help—I shared this for a friend and hope you can fix it for him. Thank you 🙏

Don't forget to specify the make, model, and age of your PSU.
CPU: i5 10th gen
Please confirm which i5 from the 10th Gen you own.
MotherBoard: B560 mhv2
Regarding your motherboard, is this the correct one?

If yes, what BIOS version are you using?

Use DDU to remove drivers, followed by installing the 566.36 drivers.
