I'm facing problems accessing the BIOS to turn on XMP support on my Gigabyte B450 Aorus M. No matter how I restart the PC, the BIOS menu remains stuck on the boot screen instead of loading Windows. The only way to get into Windows is by forcibly shutting down the system and not interacting with the motherboard menu at all.
If the system behaves similarly to my 2011 X58 Gigabyte motherboard, excessive speed or rapid key presses can cause the BIOS to freeze. Some USB devices may also interrupt the BIOS setup, preventing access. Additionally, connecting a keyboard via a USB hub or using USB 3.0 ports won’t allow you to reach or modify the BIOS Setup. In your situation, try pressing the Delete key once when the prompt appears—don’t repeat it unnecessarily. Alternatively, use modern UEFI features by instructing Windows to initiate a boot call. This can be done by holding the Shift key just before selecting the "Restart" option in the Start menu. A blue recovery interface will appear, and from there, under Advanced you should find the option to boot into your UEFI.
