The game isn't treating the kill like it matters. The red icon remains visible at the top left, but it's gone now since you eliminated her.
I assume you use a PC? I completed the game on PS3 without major issues. It’s best to restart the mission or reset the memory.
Restarted it several times... I even let her run for ten minutes before ending it. I actually like it, right? It was just the first glitch or bug I encountered. ANNNND I'm running it at a steady 60 frames per second (why is it limited to 60fps when I don't have VSync and my monitor can go up to 144Hz).
